Collector Care & Authenticity

We use a premium, multi-layer packing process designed specifically for collectors. Every vehicle and delicate item is wrapped in internal bubble wrap and shipped inside thick, crush-resistant 5-ply structural boxes rather than standard 3-ply cardboard. The outer box is then enclosed in a waterproof sealed packet to completely eliminate the risk of rain or moisture damage, fully protecting both the toy and its backing card during delivery.

We enforce strict per-customer quantity limits to actively combat scalping and bulk reselling in the community. This policy ensures that genuine collectors who are just starting out can access highly sought-after releases fairly without paying inflated secondary market prices.

We strongly oppose price inflation and scalping within the hobby community. Many marketplaces and secondary sellers markup rare castings or dolls past their printed retail value once stock runs low. At Toy Marche, we lock in our pricing months in advance and commit to selling every item at or below the official MRP, ensuring genuine hobbyists get a fair and honest price on every release.

Orders & Payments

We implemented our 5% COD advance policy to reduce high product return rates. Previously, nearly 50% of our orders were placed via COD, and roughly half of those were unexpectedly rejected at delivery and Returned to Origin (RTO). This created massive shipping waste and locked up inventory for genuine buyers. By requiring a small upfront deposit, our COD volume has stabilized at a healthier 20–25%, ensuring faster shipping and better stock availability for everyone.

No, Toy Marche does not accept pre-bookings or offline reservations for incoming toy stock. To maintain a fair shopping environment for everyone, our entire shipment goes live on the website in one single release. This ensures that all collectors and parents have an equal, transparent chance to purchase limited-edition items simultaneously without favoritism.

While we strive for absolute accuracy, human input errors can occasionally occur. If an item is accidentally overcharged due to a listing typo, we automatically issue a refund for the price difference to all affected buyers as soon as it is flagged—even if they haven't complained. Conversely, if an item is listed with an obvious, massive underpricing error due to a system glitch, we reserve the right to cancel the order, issue a full refund, and notify you immediately so we can correct the mistake fairly.

Returns

We accept returns for damaged items if notified within 15 days of delivery. To protect our community from fraudulent claims, we kindly ask that you film a quick, continuous unboxing video showing the shipping label and the condition of the toy box upon arrival so our team can process your replacement immediately.

All orders are processed and shipped directly from our primary fulfillment address in Gurgaon, Haryana. Standard deliveries within the Delhi-NCR region typically take 1–3 business days, while shipments to major metro areas across India arrive within 4–7 business days under normal shipping conditions.

To maintain our secure inventory controls and package items in our premium 5-ply waterproof boxes, all operations are handled inside a private shipping facility in Gurgaon. All orders must be placed directly through our website, and we ship them safely straight to your doorstep across India.

You can track your shipment live at any time directly on our website by navigating to My Account > Order Status in the main menu framework. Simply enter your assigned order tracking number or transaction ID along with your email address to see current carrier transit milestones.
